Since 2019, we have been providing affordable, authentic Thai and Southeast Asian groceries to customers across Australia. Our online store stocks a wide range of products from Thailand - delivered to your door anywhere in Australia.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes! We deliver right across Australia - from Melbourne metro to regional, rural, and remote areas. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. 

How long does delivery take?
Metro Melbourne orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days. Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane metro take 2-5 business days, while regional and interstate orders take 5-10 business days. We dispatch the same day for orders placed before 11 am on a business day and send you a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Do you offer Click and Collect?
Yes - free Click and Collect is available from our store at 8a/93 Wells Rd, Chelsea Heights VIC 3196, Everyday, 10 am to 4 pm (including weekends). Orders placed before 12 pm are usually ready within 4 hours. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unopened items in original condition. For perishable items, we can only accept returns if they arrived damaged or faulty. Please contact us at thaiwholesaleau@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, and include a photo so we can make it right.
