Q: Do you deliver Australia-wide? A: Yes. We ship to every state and territory in Australia, including regional and remote areas.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: Metro Melbourne 1–3 business days, other metro cities 2–5 business days, regional and remote areas 5–10 business days. We dispatch same day for orders placed before 1 pm on a business day.
Q: Can I collect my order in person? A: Yes, free Click & Collect from 8a/93 Wells Rd, Chelsea Heights VIC 3196, open Everyday, 10 am–4 pm. We'll email you when your order is ready.

Q: Are your products authentic and imported from Thailand? A: Yes. We source through licensed Australian importers who bring products direct from manufacturers in Thailand. Every product complies with Australian food labelling requirements.
Q: Do you have halal products? A: Many of our products are halal-certified. Filter by "Halal" on any collection page.

Q: Can I return an item? A: Unopened non-perishable items within 14 days — see our Refund & Returns policy. Damaged or faulty items can be refunded or replaced; email us within 24 hours of delivery.
Q: Do I need to pay GST? A: Prices shown include GST where applicable. Your invoice will show GST separately.
