Refund & Returns Policy

This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, refunds and exchanges. It is in addition to — not in place of — your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

We accept returns for unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer pays for return shipping.

To start a return, email thaiwholesaleau@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.

Perishable and food items

Due to food safety, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened food, drinks, frozen items, or products close to their best-before date.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or a product is faulty, we will replace the item or refund you in full. Please:

  1. Email thaiwholesaleau@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  3. We'll process a replacement or refund within 2 business days

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a refund or replacement for goods that are not of acceptable quality, do not match the description, or are unfit for the purpose they were sold for.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
