Delivery times
- Metro Melbourne: 1–3 business days
- Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro: 2–5 business days
- Perth, Darwin, Hobart: 4–8 business days
- Regional & remote: 5–10 business days
Orders placed before 11 am on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Click & Collect (free)
Skip the shipping and collect your order from our store at 8a/93 Wells Rd, Chelsea Heights VIC 3196, open Everyday, 10 am–4 pm. Orders placed before 12 pm are usually ready within 3 hours — we'll email you when it's ready.
Interstate & quarantine restrictions
Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory restrict the import of certain products, including fresh produce, seeds, honey and some plant-based items. We'll automatically flag any affected products at checkout for your postcode. If you're unsure, email us before ordering.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email a photo to thaiwholesaleau@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
